Terms and Conditons
Check-in Time 3:30 p.m.
We need adequate time to insure that your cottage, the grounds and facilities are clean and ready for you. Please do not arrive before 3:30 p.m.
Check-Out Time is 8:30 a.m.
Early arrivals or late departures are subject to a $25 fee.
Visitor Policy:
Please notify us of any visitors before they arrive. Visitors will be charged $10.00 per person. Visitors are not allowed into the POOL AREA. Visiting hours end at 10:00 p.m.
Parking:
1 Car per Cabin, 2 cars per condo

There is a credit card phone for guest use, and we will gladly deliver messages to our guests, when called at our 218-346-6040 number.
Additional Notes:
- No Pets of any kind allowed.
- You are responsible for payment of your entire reservation.
- Deposits are Non-Refundable
- Full payments owed if you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation and cabin is not re-rented.
- 1 Dock Space Per Unit
- We do not permit any tents or screen rooms.
