Deposit Requirements: 

Condo - $400/week

Cabin - $300/week

RV Site - $60/week

Phone reservations are held for 7 days until receipt of deposit.  Your reservation is confirmed in writing upon receipt of your deposit.  Deposits are applied to your cabin charges.  Cabin prepayment is required for multiple rentals. Deposits are non-refundable.  Full payment is owed if you cancel less than 60 days prior to your reservation and it is not re-rented.

All day visitors need to register in the office. There is a $10 per day visitor fee.

No screened-in tents or tents of any kind (nothing that needs stakes).

Pets:  Cabin 18 is the only cabin that allows pets.  $250 per pet max 2.  Pets are not allowed in any other areas of the resort.

Check in is 3:30 pm and check out is 8:30 am.  Due to limited turnover time, no early check ins. Thank you for your patience.
